Service Description

Our classes provide an exciting and comprehensive immersion in the arts for children ages 5 through their teenage years. Our dynamic nine-month curriculum explores a wide variety of art forms, making it perfect for children of all ages and skill levels. Students will delve into art history and terminology and have the opportunity to showcase their work in several art shows. Through step-by-step projects, each featuring different techniques, students will develop a thorough understanding of art as they progress from one project to the next Classes sessions will be held on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday each week from 4:00 to 5:15pm or 5:30 to 6:45pm (Thanksgiving week off) Monthly or Full Payment Options: $150 Per Month $1500 - 10% off *Receive 10% Discount on Full Payment 19 sessions total August to May Description of Classes Beginners: (Ages 5-7) Intro to Art: is the perfect starting point for children aged five and seven. In this class, students will develop foundational skills and gain confidence using various art tools. *Work with all different types of media including paint, paper maché, charcoal, mosaic and more. •Study famous artists, art appreciation and history. •Games and activities designed to help children focus. •Create a portfolio of artwork throughout the year featured in different events. Art 1: (Ages 8-10) •Work in a variety of techniques with all different types of media such as paint, clay, paper maché, drawing watercolors, mosaics and more. •Study famous artists and learn art appreciation as well as art history and art movement. •Learn drawing techniques with a fun twist including all drawing mediums such as pencil, oil pastel, chalk pastel and more. •Create a portfolio of artwork throughout the year with three projects per season featured in our art gallery shows.
